Queue shows outbound texts that are waiting, stuck, failed, rejected, or undelivered.
What Appears Here
- Only outbound message attempts that need attention are shown here.
- Private inbound texts that Quacker cannot match are not displayed to users on this page.
- Each queue item explains whether the phone is waiting, offline, rejected the send, or reported an error.
How To Fix Queue Issues
- Check Gateway Health to confirm the Android gateway is online and heartbeating.
- Make sure the gateway phone has SMS permissions enabled.
- Open the affected thread to verify the recipient number and retry only when the phone is ready.
