What To Watch
- Last heartbeat should update regularly while the gateway phone is online.
- Status tells you whether the phone is online, delayed, offline, blocked, or unknown.
- Recent Gateway Audit shows phone heartbeat and gateway transport events.
Refresh And Reconnect Limits
- Refresh Connection asks an already-running gateway phone to check in again on its next normal sync.
- Refresh Connection cannot wake a phone app that Android stopped after reboot, battery restriction, force-stop, or loss of data service.
- If a phone was restarted and Gateway Health does not recover, open Quacker on the phone and tap Run Sync Now.
