Contacts stores customer names, phone numbers, consent state, and opt-out status.
What This Page Does
- Add or update a customer's display name, company, phone, email, notes, and consent status.
- Search existing contacts by name, company, phone, or email.
- Delete a mistaken contact card while keeping conversation and message history intact.
Name Updates
- When you update a contact name, Quacker also updates matching Inbox thread names for that customer phone number.
- If a customer has multiple separate website/source threads later, Quacker keeps those thread records separate.
